Grace for Life Ministries conceptually began several years ago as a biblically based Christ
centered Ministry reaching out to families of and with developmental disabilities. However, as
the opportunities and needs have been presented, working within the local and Plain
Community (horse and buggy folks) services offered are based upon the needs which have
led us to a greater understanding of the communities within and with which we live and serve.

Dr. Tom Miller, C.Ph.D., is an Ordained Minister and a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor
Licensed by the National Christian Counselors Association and a N.C.C.A. Board Certified
Clinical Supervisor currently serving full time in private practice and offering teaching and
training on several levels..
